This living room is pre-wired for surround sound hi-fi entertainment systems with in-wall center speaker and in-ceiling surround speakers.  Flat-screen TV wiring is ready to go above the fireplace mantle.  Main speaker wires are hidden within floor access to provide the ultimate minimalist look.

In addition the classic wood burning fireplace and the wall of floor to ceiling windows provide light filled rooms and views of the pine and redwood forest, where it is common to spot a squirrels and a myriad of birds, such as: red shoulder hawks, great horn owls, and red-breasted sapsucker woodpeckers among others.
